- Onboarding and getting reacquainted with Volunteer Maine and State government.
- Reviewing materials related to the development of Climate Corps and Maine Climate Action Plan to date.
- Began planning a scoping meeting for an Energy Outreach and Education Climate Corps program.
- Developed workplan for first ~6 months.
- Attended meeting about micro-credential program.
- Met with ASC consultant for Civilian Climate Corps.
- Met with GOPIF staff.
- Upcoming Project Focus:
- Meeting with key contacts in state government, Maine organizations, and national service programs.
- Hosting scoping meeting for development of Energy Education and Outreach Climate Corps Program, June 28.
- Beginning to plan for RFA for new state-funded Climate Corps (LD 1974).
