Major projects completed:
- AmeriCorps Technical Assistance meeting going over data management definitions and practice, as well as necessary Federal updates and upcoming events
- Volunteer Maine staff meetings
- Wrote up the Request for Applications (RFA) for the AmeriCorps Competitive grant
- MOCA all staff meeting
- Opened the 23FXFME001 for the amendment process for MSS and Goodwill for the expansion of their MSY
- Discussion with GPCOG Program Director about the upcoming TA presentation on data management
- Review and approval of all compliant positions descriptions and providing feedback on them on an as needed basis
- Service Programs Task Force meeting
- Meeting with Alpha Legal Program Director to discuss the philosophy of Volunteer Maine and the rules and regulations that govern us
- Maine Pays review of all the invoices to check in on their status
- In person training with the Hospice Volunteers of Somerset County
- ASC public policy call and update
- United Ways Meeting regarding ServeMaine.org
- Meeting with Program Director of Goodwill to discuss the possibility of an exit for compelling personal circumstances for a member
- Processing AmeriCorps invoices
- Sit down with the Executive Director to begin the process of building out the quarterly plan for the grants officer
- ASC Essentials Webinar-FY26 ASN NOFO Review
- Commission business meeting
- RFA process has begun for the AmeriCorps Competitive grant, the applications are due February 24th

- Peer Review orientation
- Checking in the grant applications for Competitive and the beginning of the review process for the continuation with Maine Conservation Corps
- Amendment for 23FXFME001 for the expansion of MSY increase for MSS and Goodwill
- Technical Assistance meeting preparation for March
- Preparing for the Hall of Flags event
