Attended the ASN monthly update call that went over updated NSCHC rules and updates to member enrollment in the eGrants portal

Prepared and submitted Federal Financial Reports (FFR’s) to the Federal Agency for 18ACHME001 & 18AFHME001
Assisted KVCAP’s finance staff with budget modification
Meeting with GPCOG Program Director to discuss match concerns
Worked with the Program Officer for Volunteer Initiatives to correct and adapt the Federal Agency’s course for Key Concepts for Cash and In-Kind which needed repair and other necessary updates to be in alignment with current regulations and accessibility standards
Staff performance & assessment tech review prepared for the GTF for continuations of GPCOG, KVCAP and USM-MEAP, Alfond Youth Center and the Maine Development Foundation
Continued an ongoing review and process of Periodic Expense Reports (PER’s), Periodic Income Reports (PIR’s), Aggregated Financial Reports (AFR’s) and Grantee Progress Reports (GPR’s) along with corresponding reimbursement requests
Began the financial monitoring process for all AmeriCorps subgrantees
Amendment discussion with GTF about grant continuation policy for rural subgrantees
